24 Approach:
Bathing Beauties showcased the results of an international competition to 'Re-imagine the Beach Hut for the 21st Century'. 24 worked closely with the Head of Exhibitions at The Hub and lead artist Michael Trainor to design and manufacture a vibrant and exciting exhibition space. Traditional seaside motifs such as deck-chair legs, sand covered surfaces and traditional beach hut shapes all featured prominently and all the furniture was designed to be light weight and flat-packable for easy touring. Graphics included a mosaic of sea-side snapshots that provided an engaging backdrop to the exhibition, which has attracted international press coverage.
